TERMS OF USE · RELEASE 1.0.

Terms.

The service

Do or Die helps you record commitments, verification rules, non-financial consequences, witnesses and community challenge participation. It is an accountability tool, not an emergency, medical, financial, gambling or professional-advice service.

Safe commitments

Do not create commitments or consequences involving self-harm, dangerous exercise, food or sleep deprivation, illegal activity, harassment, humiliation or dangerous dares. You remain responsible for your choices and for stopping an activity when it becomes unsafe.

Accounts and content

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and upload only content you have the right to use. Do not misuse invitations, impersonate others, evade product limits or interfere with the service. We may restrict abusive or unlawful use.

You keep ownership of the content you submit. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to run the features you choose, including showing it to witnesses or challenge participants who can view it under your choices and the challenge settings. This permission ends when you delete the content, except where we must retain information under law or keep limited shared integrity records as described in our Privacy Policy.

Pro subscription

Pro unlocks multiple simultaneous personal contracts. Prices and billing periods shown in the app come from the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple Account, subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in Apple’s subscription settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Restore Purchases is available in the app.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every sensor, notification or third-party service will work at all times. Verification is evidence for the rules you selected; it is not a guarantee of truth, safety or outcome. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
