2. Accessing this website

When you access this website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data. This may include your IP address, time of access, requested page, referrer, browser, and device information. The purpose is to provide the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. This test version is hosted by Vercel Inc.

3. Waitlist

When you join the waitlist, we store your email address, the time of submission, the source “landing page”, and the applicable consent version. We use this data solely to notify you about the private beta or public launch. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by emailing the address above. We will delete your data after withdrawal or, at the latest, after launch communications have ended, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

4. Service providers

We use Vercel to host and deliver this website. Waitlist data is stored with Supabase. Processing may take place outside the European Union or European Economic Area. The exact contracting entities, storage locations, safeguards, and data processing agreements will be documented before the public launch.

5. Local storage

The intro uses session storage so the loading animation does not appear on every page view. This information remains in your browser and is discarded when the browser session ends. We currently do not use analytics or marketing trackers.

Within the scope of applicable law, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
